well i went to reno and bowled nationals. I was very pleasantly surprised at how i started in team even, starting with games of 193 and 213 just didnt have good carry in the pocket due to backend reaction. the third game i just mentally and physically broke down it was almost midnight and iwas tired i just mentally lost focus and missed 4 easy makeable spares and shot 126 for a 532 series. the next evening we came in at 1130 pm to bowl doubles and singles and i made the decision to play inside and stay more direct toward the pocket and it seemed to payoff as i averaged 208 for those 6 games again just coudlnt quite get the carry i needed to score more leaving a lot of single pins spares. so i came out with a 1720 all events due to my 126 game or i probably shoot 1800 plus. compared to last years 1510 all events i am pretty happy with myself and next year i will indeed improve again i am sure. thanks for reading and its time to roll:D

well two more days and i will be bowling nationals in reno haha i seem to have been doing just enough to maintain my bowling but not really concentrating much on improving and that is a problem i need to fix fast. Well hopefully now that the new season is about to begin in april this next year is gonna be my big test to start bowling a s many regionals and tourneys as possible and hopefully do well enough to remain in the points list top 50 that is my goal this next year talk to you all soon

Well I am back again after a few more weeks of bowling, and it has been a little bit of a struggle for me lately, I have been having some issues with my wrist and hand positions and cant seem to make the equipment do what i want to when i want to and i have been seeing more and more tapped shots of flush pocket hits... think my home house has been fiddling with the pin setters and doing some new maintenance which has been causing the racks to be a slight bit off spot on some and i have re racked at least 6 or 7 per night the past week or so.... I dont know why it is happening and or why they are doing the maintenance like they are  but i dont like seeing the head pin off spot the way it has been causing me to leave quite a few back row single pin spares. my last night of league it took me 7 frames on the left lane to figure out the shot once league had started and that just isnt normal for me.. i usually can make the proper adjustment within 1 or 2 frames at most so u can imagine how frustrated i was. Well hopefully tonight things will be back to normal and i will shott my normal 730 or more lol if not then it wasnt because of my shot making ability haha till next time good luck and high scoring..        Dennis

Just wanted to post some of my scores for the past few weeks... I currently bowl in 3 leagues in two different cities... 2 in san diego and 1 in riverside (moreno valley). I am getting ready to bowl in Reno the weekend of the 10th of dec for a tri regional out here and have been shooting a lot of practice on the pattern we are gonna be shooting on. I feel pretty confident and just hope the cut is a little better then last months when it was +184 to cashbut I think with the pattern they are gonna be putting down it will be another +120 or more to cash. Well i have been averaging around 245 the past 3 weeks in my 3 leagues combined and hopefully i can just keep it around 220 for the tourney and make the cut this time. Well another week gone by and I am still rolling so lets all just keep it rolling and keep scoring and most of all have fun:)

Well... I am here and am so glad to have joined thisgreat community of bowlers whether recreational or competitive we can all have fun doing what we love and that is bowling. I am a 35 year old male living in southern california, I am a member of 3 current leagues during the week and bowl tournaments in the western region of the united states for competition. My goal is to hopefully become eligible to compete for exemption on the national tour within the next 3 years. I bowl approximately 40 to 50 games a week for practice.
